The lyricists/composers of Fiddler on the Roof (Harnick/Bock) turned their attention to the eternal struggle between man, woman, and the devil for their next project. In three distinct, one-act musicalizations of famous short stories, the battle of the sexes through the forces of good and evil receives a witty, moving, and altogether delightful examination.
