Johnny’s

You haven’t fully experienced Carrboro, NC until you’ve been to Johnny’s Gone Fishing!  With an 80+ year history, Johnny’s is set in a large yard with on-site parking on W. Main Street a few blocks up from downtown. Come by and visit us in our charming blue house, with free Wi-Fi and some of the friendliest folks you’ll ever meet! 

We serve locally-roasted fair trade coffee and espresso drinks and a wide variety of snacks, beverages, baked goods (including gluten-free!), biscuits, paninis, wraps, award-winning ice cream, fresh farm products and local artisan goods. At Johnny’s we host live music shows, impromptu jam sessions, sing-alongs and a variety of activities for all ages.
