Fixing the “Couldn’t Install” problem with Android Market

When trying to update apps from the Android Market you may get an error message saying “Couldn’t Install to USB or SD Card”. Usually happens when you have some apps moved to the SD card and/or you’ve gotten the “Running out of storage space” error on a previous update.
