In Your Dreams

“In Your Dreams” is Martha Bassett’s latest release, incorporating a variety of musicians with whom she’s worked over the past years singing jazz in the Triad of North Carolina. This recording highlights the soothing intimacy of Bassett’s vocal stylings, especially the tracks accompanied by Scott Manring on solo guitar. Other tracks feature a traditional combo with horns, and a string band with hand percussion.
